Hello Feelings!
Hello, Feelings! A Kid’s Journal for All the Emotions that Come and Go
The Hello, Feelings! journal for kids helps them build their feeling vocabulary with visuals, helps them name what they are feeling, helps them notice how big or small their feelings are, and gives them the freedom to express their feelings through drawings and sentence prompts.
Hello Feelings!
Hello Feelings! A Journal for Daily Reflection and Expression
The Hello Feelings! journal helps students and teens build a habit of checking in with themselves by prompting them to notice, reflect, and share their feelings, intentions and plans for self-care. By reflecting daily, they will build a habit of self-awareness and self-care.
